Product Details

The Thermashade™ White Pleated blind is white but with an added chill-factor. It might be finished in brilliant white, but the pleated fabric somehow works to add a tinge of extra brightness, creating an energising effect that can open up any space that it ventures into. It might be white, icy and hold the coolest undertone that one could imagine, but the smart honeycomb design provides this blind with exquisite energy-efficient properties that can work in both the peak of summer or the depths of winter. The pure white finish opens up streams of opportunity for this Thermashade™ product. One option is to add to smaller and intricate spaces, which can be transformed with spaciousness. Or use in minimalistic decors that are craving a stylish and chic finishing touch.

Cleaning Tips

Keep your Pleated blinds looking bright and fresh by using a clean, dry duster or the upholstery brush attachment on your vacuum. To avoid wrinkling or ripping the fabric, be careful not to press against the pleats too hard. If there is a little more than dust to contend with use a damp sponge dipped in lukewarm water to wipe across the pleats. Make sure the sponge ist only damp not wet and work from the top down. It's best not to use fabric conditioner on your blinds as the material can stain. Tougher marks can be removed with a specialist fabric stain remover or spray foam but please follow the manufacturer’s instructions closely, and test a small, inconspicuous area first if in doubt.

Child Safety

At Hillarys we do everything we can to make sure our products are safe for children. As a minimum, all of our blinds meet the European Standard BS EN 13120 for both performance and safety. Beyond this, safety is at the forefront of our minds right through the design process as we strive to make products that are not only stylish and high-quality, but also safe. As all our Pleated blinds are pull-cord operated, your Hillarys advisor will install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose strings. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the ground.
