That’s our promise to you that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we promise to repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Venetian blinds can be wiped down with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Lower the blind and turn the slats downwards until they are flat. Then, starting from the top, gently wipe the slats gently from middle to edge. Sticky or stubborn marks can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent using a non-abrasive brush or sponge.

Metal Venetian blinds are operated using multiple cords, so we incorporate a number of child safety devices. Metal Venetian blinds are fitted with a breakaway safety tassel. This groups together multiple cords and will breakaway if any reasonable force is placed on it. In addition, inner cord stops are fitted to the operating cords to stop a loop being created should any reasonable weight be placed on the inner cords of the blind. Finally safety cleat(s) will be fitted to an adjacent wall for all Venetian blinds. Cords should be wound around the cleat at all times to keep them tidy and out of reach of children.
