Product Details

Bringing nature into your home has so many positives for your wellbeing and with this Duette® blind in Silk Pine it’s not hard to see why. It’s a gorgeous shade, with a fair amount of blue in it, close to teal but not quite there, and not overpoweringly dark either. And because it’s a Silk finish, you’ve got that lovely soft tactile look too, just to keep it in check. We think it reminds us of strolls through a forest, picnics under the trees, letting the day drift by you in peaceful reflection. We can’t guarantee it will transport you to that same setting, but we can guarantee that as well as looking gorgeous, this blind will help stop heat loss at your window, including beautiful gable end or roof lanterns.

Quality is something we take very seriously here at Hillarys. All our products are rigorously tested to ensure they are made to the best standards and look and fit exactly as they should. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pleated blinds, so we offer a full 2 year warranty as assurance that our products will stand the test of time. This is our promise to you that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we will repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Cleaning Tips

Keep your Pleated blinds looking bright and fresh by using a clean, dry duster or the upholstery brush attachment on your vacuum. To avoid wrinkling or ripping the fabric, be careful not to press against the pleats too hard. If there is a little more than dust to contend with use a damp sponge dipped in lukewarm water to wipe across the pleats. Make sure the sponge ist only damp not wet and work from the top down. It's best not to use fabric conditioner on your blinds as the material can stain. Tougher marks can be removed with a specialist fabric stain remover or spray foam but please follow the manufacturer’s instructions closely, and test a small, inconspicuous area first if in doubt.

Child Safety

At Hillarys we do everything we can to make sure our products are safe for children. As a minimum, all of our blinds meet the European Standard BS EN 13120 for both performance and safety. Beyond this, safety is at the forefront of our minds right through the design process as we strive to make products that are not only stylish and high-quality, but also safe. As all our Pleated blinds are pull-cord operated, your Hillarys advisor will install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose strings. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the ground.

Sit back, relax. Let us do it all.
