A pop of cherry red

One of the biggest colour trends we’re looking at for this year is cherry red. Social media platform Pinterest has already spotlighted it in its 2025 trends report, after searches for the term jumped by a massive 235% in the new year. So it’s clear people are looking for ways to incorporate this exciting hue into their lives. 

Cherry red brings a burst of energy into a room. If you feel confident enough to make a statement, paint the walls, grab red furniture, or opt for curtains and blinds in this bright shade.

Sunshine yellow for brighter days

Dulux have selected an uplifting, bright yellow shade, ‘True Joy’, as their colour of the year and it’s easy to see why. This gorgeous shade brings positive energy into our homes.

Warm and cosy mocha

Pantone are an authority on colour, and they’ve announced their Colour of the Year. Given their status, their expert insight isn’t one to ignore. 

Mocha Mousse is a warm brown hue that indulges our desire for comfort. It reminds us of chocolate and coffee. Elegant mocha tones work great in living rooms and bedrooms at the walls or in soft furnishings to create a soothing, grounded atmosphere.
